  • PLEASE contact us by phone or email for a quote.

  • Rates will be based on an hourly rate of $35.00 per hour. 

  • Services are billed in 15-minute increments; our minimum charge is 1 hour.

  • Some services may be available at flat rates.

  • Monthly Retainer Packages are available!

  • Weekend and Emergency hours may be available upon request; such requests will be handled on an individual basis and may be billed at the adjusted hourly rate of 1½ times the regular hourly rate.


  • Invoices are sent, via e-mail, at the time of service agreement.

  • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

  • Past due accounts are subject to penalties and interest; May be placed on hold until payment is made.

Accepted forms of payment:

  • Checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders made payable to the owner, Randi G Marks.

  • Credit and Debit Card payments can be accepted when paying invoices, via the Square terminal.

  • Zelle payments may be linked to rgmvirtualom@gmail.com

  • PayPal and Square payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

  • Venmo and  CashApp require approval before transmittal

  • Our Federal TIN is provided in our Services Agreement and on all invoices.

  • Any fees for returned checks or non-collectible funds that may be assessed by our bank will be charged back to you.


  • All filing fees to the U.S. District or Bankruptcy Courts require pre-payment.

  • There may be other instances where pre-payment will be required; we will advise you of such fees as they occur.
